Pre-Order Deposits and Deposit Policy

All ShieldForm purchases are pre-orders. A deposit reserves your place in the manufacturing queue for the applicable product line and is applied toward the final purchase price of that line.

• Before manufacturing begins, and while the applicable product line remains under the 50-unit threshold, a purchaser may cancel and receive a full deposit refund with no penalty.
• Once the applicable product line reaches the 50-unit threshold and manufacturing has begun, cancellations are refunded less a $75 processing and cancellation fee.
• Purchasers transitioning from active-duty service into verified private or commercial security work may request a full deposit credit transfer into the Commercial Security Suite instead of a cancellation refund.
• Honorably retiring or separating purchasers may elect a full refund or a full deposit credit transfer with no penalty.
• If credentials are revoked or service ends for cause, the deposit refund will still be processed, but ShieldForm may remotely deactivate GPS and related system credentials associated with the order, and the suit may not be transferred to another person.
• Except for the specific Commercial Security Suite transfer described above, deposits remain tied to the verified purchaser and are not transferable.

ShieldForm may request reasonable documentation to confirm eligibility for any refund exception, credit transfer, or credential-status change described in this section.
