ShieldForm collects your name and email address when you join our waitlist or submit a contact form. We collect only what is necessary to communicate with you about your pre-order or inquiry.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. ShieldForm never stores, sees, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment data. All payment transactions occur directly on Stripe's secure platform.
How We Use Your Data
We use your name and email solely to communicate with you about your pre-order status, product updates, and ShieldForm milestones (such as NIJ certification and manufacturing launch). We do not send unsolicited marketing unrelated to your order or inquiry.
Data Sharing
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your data. Period.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email us at team@shieldform.madethis.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
