Pre-Order Model
ShieldForm does not maintain speculative inventory. Agencies reserve units with a per-unit deposit to secure their position in the manufacturing queue. Production begins when combined verified orders reach the 50-unit threshold. This ensures every suit built has a verified wearer and exact measurements — not a warehouse shelf SKU.
Agency Pilot Pack
Agencies that require hands-on evaluation before committing to a full order can request an Agency Pilot Pack — 5 to 10 units at a discounted deposit rate for operational evaluation. This allows departments to complete internal testing, range assessments, and compliance reviews before procurement authorization.
NIJ Certification Timeline
